Do you wanna feel my heart, after God's rejuvenating touch?

Yesterday God touched me through many friends who love me, and who know what I stand for and know what I need when I'm feeling beaten down. And He offered me a soulful anthem (and thanks, brother David, for being both the delivery and the backbeat for it), and I share it with you with a blissful fury and a total confidence in what He's up to and what I'm up to in response - the How it's to be done, and for Whom. Feel the music, folks, and picture me groovin' to it. This song is my soul's music, and it's sung by an extraordinary vocal artist in his prime, and backed by virtuoso guitar accompaniment. Turn your speakers up all the way, expand the image to full screen, and join me in my crazy groove thing. And remember, and this is important, when it comes to unleashing the fury, it's the devil we're knocking to the ground, not each other.

Eh Hee Lyrics (Dave Matthews Band)

Father gone and I'm heading
It's a bold side of it again
When you decide to go to him
And the people toasting away
And the people all sitting there, c'mon

Everybody gonna come on in
Like, like c'mon in, yeah, yeah
Everybody gonna come on in
Y'all it's you wanna c'mon, sir

Eh hee yeah amanaya yeaha yeah eh eh amana
Eh hee yeah amanaya yeaha yeah eh eh amana
Eh hee yeah amanaya yeaha yeah eh eh amana
Eh hee yeah amanaya yeaha yeah eh eh

Praise God who has many names
The devil have many more
With the love that my mother gave me
I'm gonna drop the devil to the floor

I'm gonna drop the devil to his knees
I'm gonna drop the devil to his knees

The problem is someone will try to convince you
That they know the answer no matter the question
Be wary of those who believe in a neat little world
Cause it’s just f**king crazy you know that it is

Eh hee yeah amanaya yeaha yeah eh eh amana
Eh hee yeah amanaya yeaha yeah eh eh amana

Walking along in this haze of confusion
Sometimes I collect, sometimes it takes all of my strength
Just to find enough reason to take the next step, step
But I will, but I will, till I do

Eh hee yeah amanaya yeaha yeah eh eh amana
Eh hee yeah amanaya yeaha yeah eh eh amana

Brother, sister
Brother, sister
Brother, sister
Brother, sister

Praise God who has many names
The devil have many more

With the love that my mother gave me
I'm gonna drop the devil to the floor

I'm gonna drop the devil to his knees
I'm gonna drop the devil to his knees

Strange evolution how people have come to believe
That we are it's greatest achievement
When really we're just a collection of cells
Overrating themselves
Oh God I'm avoiding the

Eh hee yeah amanaya yeaha yeah eh eh amana
Eh hee yeah amanaya yeaha yeah eh eh amana
Eh hee yeah amanaya yeaha yeah eh eh amana
Eh hee yeah amanaya yeaha yeah eh eh amana

Praise God who has many names
The devil have many more
With the love that my mother gave me
I'm gonna drop the devil to the floor

I'm gonna drop the devil to his knees
I'm gonna drop the devil to his knees

Strange evolution how people have come to believe
That we are it's greatest achievement
We're barely, we're just a collection of cells
Overrating themselves
Hello God I'm avoiding the truth

Eh hee yeah amanaya yeaha yeah eh eh amana
Eh hee yeah amanaya yeaha yeah eh eh amana
Eh hee yeah amanaya yeaha yeah eh eh amana
Eh hee yeah amanaya yeaha yeah eh eh amana
Eh hee yeah amanaya yeaha yeah eh eh amana
Eh hee yeah amanaya yeaha yeah eh eh amana
Eh hee yeah amanaya yeaha yeah eh eh amana
Eh hee yeah amanaya yeaha yeah eh eh amana

Drop the devil to his knees
I'm gonna drop the devil to his knees
I'm gonna drop the devil to his knees
I'm gonna drop the devil to his knees

somebody's gonna save the world

And if you enjoyed that as much as I did, and you want to know what I mean by virtuoso accompaniment, check this out:

This is how I want to play my instrument for God - this kind of passionate response to the devil's "Betrayal"! One step in front of the other, until I do ... go home, that is.
