Business Focus In the business world, our focus is on organizations that fall into one of the following four categories: · The organization is in its formative stages. · The organization is expanding or planning for expansion. · The organization is planning on making fundamental changes. · The organization is experiencing life-threatening difficulties.
Target Audience We are targeting Chief Executive Officers and their direct reports (management team). We understand that our work affects a company’s culture, and that cultural changes can be most powerfully driven from the top, in a mindset of stewardship.

Why “Revolution”? The "revolution” in our title refers to “turning around” today’s view that organizations exist so that appointed leaders can get people to do what is unnatural for them in order to create wealth for the owners/shareholders and the leaders themselves. This business is built on the premise that people want to be part of something bigger than themselves; a grand cause that inspires them to work hard, excel, grow, and ultimately to cultivate an ability to govern themselves in pursuit of this cause. Why all this talk? After all, ancient wisdom says, “He who knows doesn’t talk; he who talks doesn’t know.” One simple reason – to learn. |
